Civil Records - Federal

This is a search for federal civil records. Civil records include lawsuits, judgments, and other monetary related matters. Civil cases that are filed at the federal level include cases that arise under a federal law, which are referred to as "federal question" cases. Examples include lawsuits alleging violation of a federal law, civil rights cases, patent protection, anti-trust laws, and federal discrimination cases. Also included under the federal umbrella are cases with a monetary claim of $75,000 or more where the plaintiff(s) and the defendant(s) live in different states.

Pricing for our Federal Civil Records search is per federal district. There are one to four federal districts per state, depending on the state's size. Our technology helps you select the appropriate Federal District to search, based on the county you choose.
